1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of Triggrly ("Service", "Application"), operated by RollingFeetTales ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, connecting your Instagram account, or using any feature of Triggrly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Triggrly provides automated workflow tools for Instagram creators, influencers, and businesses. When configured by the user, Triggrly monitors comments on selected Instagram posts/Reels and dispatches automated private replies and Direct Messages containing links, guides, or resources based on pre-set trigger keywords.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Meta OAuth Authorization: You authorize Triggrly to interact with your Instagram Business/Creator account via official Meta Graph API tokens to perform the actions you configure.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Triggrly to:

• Send spam, deceptive, fraudulent, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Distribute malware, malicious links, phishing material, or adult/prohibited content.
• Violate Meta's Community Standards, Terms of Service, or Platform Policies.
• Attempt to bypass message quotas, reverse-engineer the API, or interfere with service infrastructure.
• Impersonate other individuals or entities without authorization.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Third-Party Dependencies (Meta / Instagram)

Triggrly relies on the official Meta Graph API for delivery of messages and comment triggers. We are not responsible for delays, service outages, rate limits, or account action imposed directly by Meta/Instagram on your account due to external policy changes, account standing, misuse of automation, spamming, or violating community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Triggrly and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of RollingFeetTales and its licensors. All content you upload or configure (guide links, message text, thumbnails) remains your intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLLINGFEETTALES, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
